I LOVE puffy gypsy pants. Sometimes its hard to wear them in Seattle especially in winter time, but if you can balance the outfit properly they are great. Most of my pants like these are a combination of cotton and polyester. So I usually wear them with rayon shirts that are tight fitting or a crop top. To kill it on a night out I love wearing a tight long sleeve shirt with a choker necklace and gypsy pants.
